Extra Magic Hours
As part of Disneyland Resort Paris' 15th Birthday you can enjoy 'Extra Magic Hours' on them, parts of the Disneyland® Park and some of the most popular attractions will be available 2 hours before regular Park opening or after scheduled Park closing when you are staying in a Disney Hotel.

Hotels
If you stay at a Disney Hotel in the Resort on one of our Disneyland Paris breaks you will enjoy the following benefits:
· Unlimited entrance to the Disney Parks including your arrival and departure days
· FREE regular shuttle bus between the hotel, the Disney Parks and the Disney® Village (excludes the Disneyland® Hotel which is located at the entrance to the park & Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch)
· FREE parking at the hotel and the Disney Parks. (You will need to show your Disneyland® Resort Paris or Disneyland® Resort Paris Selected Hotel Identification Card at the car park entrance).
· Option of enjoying a Breakfast with Disney Characters
· Disneyland® Resort Paris Identity Card allowing you to charge your spending in the Resort back to your room
· Shopping delivery service - have items purchased in Resort delivered free-of-charge direct to your hotel

Children
Children under 3 years do not pay to enter the Disney Parks and stay in their parents' room free of charge. They do not count towards room occupancy. They can, if accompanied by an adult, ride numerous attractions and attend all the shows.
Children from 3 - 11 years sharing the room with one or more adults have the same services as adults at reduced rates. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult
Kids Under 7 Stay and Play free
This year to celebrate Disneyland Resort Paris' 15th birthday children up to the age of 6 can stay and play free when accompanied by an adult. That means free bed and breakfast accomodation at the hotel and free unlimited access to both Disney Parks and Disney Village for the duration of their stay. Kids under 7 just pay for their transport. Valid arrivals 30 March to 8 November 2007
Pushchairs and wheelchairs
This equipment can be hired from "Strollers and Wheelchairs Rental" at the gates of the Disneyland® Park, after Main Street Station and near Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios Park (paying service, upon availabiity).
The Cast Members (Disney Employees) are not allowed to escort visitors in wheelchairs.
Baby Care Centre
In the Disneyland Park®, on Main Street U.S.A. near the Plaza Gardens Restaurant and in the Walt Disney Studios Park, behind Studio Services.
These areas are for you to prepare bottles or meals and change nappies. Nappies and babyfood are on sale here.
Visitor Relations Desk
Located at the entrance to Disneyland® Park, this is where you can get an answer to all kinds of practical questions about Disneyland® Resort Paris.
City Hall
Located on Town Square, at the entrance to the Disneyland® Park, City Hall is the Park information point. Here you are informed of times of shows and given guide maps. This is a meeting place where you can arrange to join your family and friends or leave them messages.
Currency exchange
In the Disney Hotels and in the Disneyland® Resort Paris Selected Hotels, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Disneyland® Park: at the entrance and inside at City Hall. Walt Disney Studios® Park: at Studio Services. At the Post Office in Marne-la- Vallée/Chessy station.

Disabled Visitors
Guide for Disabled Visitors
This exhaustive guide gives all the information you will need to ensure that you can make the most of your time at Disneyland Resort® Paris. You can obtain it at City Hall at the entrance to the Disneyland® Park, at Studio Services at the entrance to the Walt Disney Studios Park and at the Reception in any of the Disney hotels.
Vehicle access to some rides requires a transfer. It is vital to be accompanied by someone physically able to assist you when transferring.
Parking
All car parks at Disneyland® Resort Paris have places reserved for Guests with reduced mobility.
Wheelchairs Rental
Wheelchairs can be rented at the "Stroller and Wheelchair Rental" shop at Town Square Terrasse, near the entrance to the Disneyland® Park or at Studio Services at the entrance to the Walt Disney Studios® Park. No reservation can be made.
Service dogs
Service dogs are the only animals allowed into Disney Parks. For their safety, they are not admitted to certain attractions.
Disney® Village
The bars, restaurants and shops in Disney® Village are all wheelchair-accessible.
